POSITION
Givenchy Trainer
- Develop & design annual training plans and strategies in accordance with the global guidelines of both brands. (Givenchy 95% for own BC and Sephora BC, Kenzo 5% for Sephora BC).
: product, coaching sales talks, transfer to conversion skills, customer service, consultation, etc.
- Prepare and provide training materials and manuals.
- Execute training modules and measure training performance.
- BC integration (all BC training)
- New product launching training.
- BC personalization, BC specialization, Expertise.
Identify individual BC development needs and suggest an implementation action plan.
- Specific training based on company strategy or project basis.
- POS training and coaching at counter completing field training and coaching follow-up form.
Closely communicate and cooperate with Sales, E-com and
PROFILE
- University degree / College diploma (Not mandatory)
- 5 ~ 7 years’ experience in training, and retail sales at the cosmetic/consumer industry. (Daeri-Kwajang)
- Deep knowledge of cosmetology and makeup.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to speak a brand language
- Fluent in both Korean and English
Adequate skills in PC business software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
