- Plan the annual event & recurring sales target management
- Ensure follow-up of the international and local HJ event strategy and sales target
- Sales scenario development for client and product and consolidation with SAs
- Develop facilitator & external partner network and commission management
- Monitor and report performance of external facilitator and network activity
- Sales (A&P) & Opex (S&D) Budget planning and execution
2. High-end Business Client Management
- Plan a HE client engagement program and develop the exclusive experience
- Manage client satisfaction related to event and Maison client activities
- Client targeting for local and international event and analysing milestones (pre/during/post)
- HE client profiling and discover new and prospect client collaboration with facilitator and department PSR
- Ensure efficient internal communication on client recruitment among relevant teams
- Maison Client Program set up and execution collaboration with communication team
- Yearly gift plan according to sales strategic plan
3. High-end Business Event Management
- Manage and develop the international and local HJ event client treatment program
- Manage qualitative and quantitative post event report to region and HQ
- Local and international event client profiling and discovery
- Recruit clients to achieve business objects and sales target
- Arrange VIP itinerary and treatments in coordination with external agencies-
- Initiate the HJ event operation and collaborate with all relevant team to execute events with complete understanding of each R&R
- Manage event budget from the beginning, the quotations, to the end, the final invoices, in due course especially following the procurement policy of Richemont group
4. High-end Business Talent Management
- HB members activity screening and recruitment collaboration with HB coaches
- Annual assessment of HB international and local community member
- Develop quality of encompassing and targeted booster program working with HQ
- Analyze HE sales and individual performance of HB community
- Set up the yearly HB community seminar and one-to-one coaching plan
- Recruiting potential member and short/long term staffing strategy
- HB members activity screening and recruitment collaboration with HB coaches
- Regular coaching & counselling with HJ sales community
