We are looking for a Production Manager to join our Production Team and help grow the business with new and existing clients for the Korean lubricants business based in the Ulsan Plant.
The Production Manager will be accountable for managing efficient production to help our business grow with professionalism.

Roles & Responsibility
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term planning/management of manufacturing functions, including production, inventory control, safety, and S&OP process.
- Develops related production plans, budgets, and policies and procedure for maintaining standards of operations
- Monitor and oversee quality and continuous improvement initiatives, which enable team members to meet or exceed the plan for Production Operations.
- Establish Production KPI targets - Safety, Quality, Performance, Delivery, and Cost
- Responsible for the health and safety activity planning/ management for production.
- Resolve issues with other functions to achieve targeted performance targets.
- Develop and deliver clear and concise communications up and down the organization, external customers, and government officials.
- Identify, monitor, and implement changes to improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Drive workforce planning and monitor Employee Engagement and Development to maximize organizational resources aligned with business needs.
- Oversee the maintenance of inventory control systems
- Liaise with other team managers/employees to ensure that the supply and movement of materials meet their current and future needs.
- Learn the proper operation and adjustment techniques of all production-related machinery and train production staff on machinery usage
- Management of changes in operational processes/machinery/facility
- Demonstrate accountability for the quality of the product to meet customer needs
- Demonstrate knowledge of discipline technology and tool
Required Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience (preferential experience in manufacturing plants / related industries experience )
- Preferred people managing experience as a production supervisor
- Experience in production facility operation and process management
- Communication skills and leadership, effective teamwork building as well as talent development
