In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Keep abreast of current trends in marketing and travel campaigns
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI/KPI of campaigns
  • Provide local insights and learnings to regional performance team and local business units
  • Perform analysis on campaign results & effectiveness; produce and share campaign results with internal stakeholders to gain an understanding on scalability
  • Executing content marketing strategy on Trip.com channels including CRM channels (e.g., eDM, app push, etc.).
  • Properly set a long-term user communication tone and manner.
  • Create, edit, and proofread marketing messages or contents and promotional materials.
  • Scheduling & ensuring timely deployment of all required communications for the campaign based on the communications plan developed.
Work closely with internal and external teams & partners to plan, implement, manage marketing campaigns.
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • At least 5-10 years’ of working experience in marketing campaign execution and configuration, marketing collaboration external partners, CRM or production operation preferably with travel or e-commerce experiences
  • Experience in planning and end-to-end marketing campaign management
  • A creative thinker with a self-motivated attitude, willing to go the extra mile
  • Be able to multi-task, result driven
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver work in timely manner
  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Have a deep understanding of local customers and strong understanding of the local travel market landscape and competitors
