TI’s Advanced Technology team is developing some of the most exciting new technologies for the Automotive electrification market and broader fields. We are looking for a junior Program Manager to support the Advanced Technology team with tracking of department KPI’s, financial analysis, event organization, and support project organization, performance, and tracking, ensuring the program delivers objectives, on time and within budget from initial concept to a successful conclusion.

Responsibilities of Position:
Planning, justification, and implementation of advanced product research and development projects.
Responsible for setting up and centrally tracking advanced project overview.
Responsible for actively tracking and driving concept development programs, ensuring Engineers are meeting objectives and keeping up to date with plans, deadlines, and assignments.
Coordinate and manage project cadence, communication, and tracking, including planning for company reporting and gateway cadence.
Responsible for the application of TI’s advanced project tracking quality assurance process, ensuring Engineers are supported with data.
Conduct review meetings, maintaining tracking logs, open issue trackers and time plans, as well as meeting notes.
Maintain monthly AQP database inputs for advanced project status and financial information
Coordinate Advanced Technology purchasing activities to support AT Step0 projects. Coordination of vendor maintenance, suppliers for quotes, tracking of PO’s, and interaction with TI Advanced Purchasing team
Track and report on department and program budget expenditure status, developing key metrics to enhance team performance. Management of department Capex processes and tracking.
Management of NA Advanced Technology product cost estimation activities, liaising with target costing leads in Europe to support AT Step0 projects
Organization of North American technical events and demonstrations, along with .
Management of TI North America eMIC display and publicity material for new products
Organization and running of new product ideation sessions to a new mindset format
Ensuring safe practices are followed
Support of department travel organization
Skill Requirements:
Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and/or direction.
Effective communication (oral and written), organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project).
Must possess the ability to set priorities and meet commitments.
Ability to interact with co-workers, customers, vendors and visitors in a respectful and professional manner.
