This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Development Manager to join the Corio’s rapidly growing offshore wind business and support the transition to a low carbon, sustainable global economy. Based in Ulsan and reporting to Development Lead of project team located in Seoul, you will work closely together with us to develop the strategy for the offshore wind project in Ulsan under co-development with TotalEnergies and SK Ecoplant. The successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to build the local network development activity and contribute meaningfully to Corio’s projects bidding result and project engagements.
Corio's global offshore wind business is responsible for the successful management and delivery of a pipeline of 20 GW of offshore wind projects, the origination of new opportunities and partnerships as well as the provision of asset management and advisory services to third party investors.

Based in Ulsan, you will work together with the partners, advisors and project team in Seoul on all stages of the Project Development as well as providing hands-on permitting and stakeholder management.You will be responsible for developing and implementing a stakeholder management and engagement strategy, identifying stakeholder risks and opportunities.
Your key responsibilities
Stakeholder management
- Responsible for developing and implementing a stakeholder management and engagement strategy, identifying stakeholder risks and opportunities.
- Identify, analyze, liaise, document, and negotiate with stakeholders when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.
- Lead working groups and communicate with key stakeholders.
Development Support
- Identify any remaining development permits or consents required before construction can commence and work to secure these and de-risk projects.
- Support delivery of the stakeholder engagement and management plan for the projects.
Assist and coordinate in communication with stakeholders, partners, advisors and other market players and support the permitting activities where required.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will hold a bachelor’s degree in business, energy, or equivalent qualification. In terms of experience, you will have Minimum 5 years relevant work experience and familiarity with project management practices will be considered favorably.
Last but not least, experience in Korean regulatory and authority requirements and dealing with key authorities and stakeholders involved in consents and permits will be preferred.
