About the Role
[주요 업무]
1. Management Information Report
- Consolidate and review Stragegic Report (such as MBR/MMR) ensuaring data quality
- Provide management team in-depth analysis on business performance
- Perform competitors’ analysis and Market research and deliver market intelligence
2. Annual Strategic Plan and enterprise-wise strategic initiatives
- Participate annual enterprise-wide strategic planning process and work closely with internal stakeholders and Group
- Prepare Strategic Planning deck and deliver Group requirements
- Research market opportunities to develop company’s top strategic initiatives and provide financial supports to deliver company target
3. Data Analysis and Management
- Manage key business data and support on data maintenance to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data for reporting and analysis purpose
- Track and monitor KPIs and key metrics of the company
- Design and develop monthly KPI performance tracker and deliver monitoring report on a regular basis to support management decision making
4. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and other requirements.
[자격요건]
- Minimum 5 years Strategic Planning or FP&A experience in financial Company.
- Insurance industry background is preferred
- Knowledge & skill for problem solving
- Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Mature, self-motivated with good communication and analytical skills
- Proficient communication skill for both Korean and English
