Training Coordinator III

HOW A TRAINING COORDINATOR III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Supports technical training activities by setting up classrooms, workstations.
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
  • Ensures highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Must be capable of installing, initializing, placing into operation, and troubleshooting software interfaces of specific C5ISR systems being supported.
  • Capable of providing C5ISR and Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) training; experience in the preparation and conduct of military training doctrine (e.g., preparation of Programs of Instruction (POI), Lesson Plans);
  • Provides basic systems maintenance and sustainment training for the following systems, Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data Systems (AFATDS) and Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBCP).

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience instructing students in a classroom or field environment on the AFATDS or JBCP systems.
  • Required Technical Skills: the ability to perform as an instructor, teaching AFATDS or the JBCP systems in a classroom or field environment. Must have knowledge and experience in AFATDS and JBCP software and hardware systems and components.
  • Security Clearance Level: Secret
  • Required Skills and Abilities: communication, and operating systems to be taught.
  • Preferred Skills: ability to communicate how the systems to be taught are used in military terminology and operationally.
  • Location: On Customer Site
  • US Citizenship Required
