Key Responsibilities:
- Business Management support –
- Support sales manager by collaborating, support and partner with the marketing manager, account manager and product teams consistently
- Provide regular weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and relevant progress reports
- Keep clear, concise documentation and maintain work files for future reference
- execute key account and channel sales strategies for Korea

- Marketing support
- Support and follow up on the regular update and process of marketing activity by closely collaborating with customer and associated team
- Work with marketing manager and customers to process on-time and effective marketing activity
- Analyze trade marketing and promotion performance and improve efficiency
- Collaboration with product team
- Support the communication between Product Management team to ensure the smooth progress of regional development project such as cobranding and exclusive product.
- Provide customer feedback and demand to product team
- Provide product information and USP to customers and help them understand of new product feature.
- Customer order management
- Collaborate, support and partner with account manager to optimize account management and communication.
- Manage item specification and price list for each client
- Follow up with Korea customer to receive their individual requirement (packaging, delivery & etc.) and work closely with account manager to deliver organized information on time
- Customer Service -
- Follow up with customers’ QA on any complaints with internal team and support Sales Manager for claim settlement
Proficiencies:
- Good in written and oral English
- Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.
- Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
- Solid word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
