About the job
This position is responsible for leading & supervising Plavix family marketing in General Medicine Business Unit in S.Korea through a holistic approach to strategic planning and marketing mix with optimization of profit.
Main responsibilities:
  • Build a clear brand strategy and plan in alignment with overall commercial strategy and revenue plans based on market analysis
  • Drive business objectives to achieve desired outcome such as annual targets, ensuring strategic allocation of funds and monthly tracking to meet agreed spending targets
  • Lead/Coordinate all communication with relevant functions & global teams and manage brand team to ensure execution towards objectives
  • Develop and execute impactful campaigns/tactics and achieve pre-defined KPIs and performance goals
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy through multi-channel engagement
  • Partnership management
About you
  • Experience: Pharmaceutical industry experience more than 9 years(과-차장급)/ Marketing experience more than 5 years/ High understand level of cardiology and neurology market is preferred
  • Soft skills: Proactive & positive mind, Business and financial acumen, Enjoy the new challenge, Entrepreneurship for brands, Excellent communication, advanced presentation and interpersonal skills, Proven team player with ability to navigate cross functionally, Agility in response to changing situations
  • Technical skills: MS office
  • Education: Above university graduated, Marketing or Pharmacy (Pharmacology) is preferred
  • Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English, should be able to properly communicate with global team, and Korean
