Job Description
This position will take responsibilities of complying with customer demand for services in a timely manner. The position will carry out works such as assembling, disassembling, repairing seals and all other products related with the Company business in the local service centre. It will also provide customer service such as installation of seals and coupling if required. This position will be based in the Daesan service centre, reporting to the Service team Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Assembling/disassembling/repairing seals and other products of the Company • Ensuring that all work is completed in a safe, professional and efficient manner as per the job priorities outlined by the Company • Responding to service calls and/or service visit as required • Closely working with internal stakeholders such as sales, engineering and production • Performs other duties and assignments as required by the Company
The Individual
Minimum Education required (specific field or equivalent): Technical high school diploma or equivalent Minimum years of experience in role: • Previously successful related experience, including 5~10 years of related industry experience, minimum 2-3 years of experience as a technician in machinery related industry is preferred Preferred Technical Knowledge and Skills (if any): • Basic skills in machining, tooling and ability to read the drawing • Experience in SAP is preferred • Strong sense of accountability, punctuality, and integrity • Customer service mindset
